In early 2007, a rumor began to be spread that Kim was trying to sell a sex tape she made with Ray J (singer Brandy's younger brother). She says that is was not true, nor did she need the money. In March, Vivid Video announced that they had a copy of the tape and were selling it to the public on March 21st. Kardashian is bringing them to court to stop the sale.
