I was serging along as I normally do and all of a sudden I noticed the machine wasn't stitching. I had actually run out of thread.

The small cones for sergers are 3000 yards each. That means I have sewn at least 3000 yards. Can you even comprehend that. And of course this is only in white thread, I've sewn plenty in black and oh so much in purple for all those
Fancy Nancy dresses. I've got spools and spools of different colors that I use but for some reason when I look at those cones I think they'll last forever. Well today I've been proven wrong. 3000 yards may seem like forever but bare my words there is an end to 3000 yards. I have now replaced those spools with 6000 yard-ers eek that is a lot!
