I'm always willing to jump on any meme that's floating around. You could have a meme which asks you to count to ten in Esperanto and I'd be all over it. I read a lot of others complaining about getting tagged; I, however, am grateful for a topic to write about without having to dig one up from scratch. I'm going to write a post about every day - that's a given. It's nice to have a topic laid in my lap.
Anyway, Dr. Monkerstein and Wings just completed a meme which has you list ten movies in your Netflix queue (if you don't have Netflix - the last ten movies you watched). I wasn't tagged, but that's never stopped me before, so here goes.
1. Piranha
This one has languished in my "SAVED" portion of my queue for quite some time -along with Asylum (an Amicus horror flick), The Six Million Dollar Man Season One, Carry On Matron, Rabid, and The Hellstrom Chronicle.
2. Paul Bart: Mall Cop
This is for my kids. I get 4 at a time, and one of those is usually for the children. I actually might watch this with them - it looks rather funny in a slapstick sort of way.
3. The Cannonball Run
The recent passing of The Dom reminded me of this movie.
4. Student Bodies
I watched this one a year ago and hated it... yet I have such fond memories. Perhaps I was in a bad mood last year and this horror comedy deserves another shot.

5. The Giallo Collection: Glass Dolls
I know there seems to be a lot of horror in me queue, but I've been on a horror kick for the past several months. Sometimes there's nothing better than a groovy 1970's Italian giallo; I don't know anything about this one, but I'm sure it wild be a wild ride as most of them are.
6. Pineapple Express
This is for my wife and I to watch. She detests horror movies, so I'm on my own with those. This one looks promising.
7. Land of the Giants: Disc 2
Irwin Allen made some great technicolor sci-fi TV shows back in the day. I watched a lot of "Lost in Space" as a kid, but never saw this one until recently. I'm diggin' it.

8. Terror of Mechagodzilla
This is for me and the kids again - this is where I spread my geek contagion to innocent members of the family and force them to watch it. After all, I had to sit through the Hannah Montana movie a couple weeks ago, so it's only fair.
9. Stripes
I love Bill Murray movies from this period: Meatballs, Caddyshack, etc. This one I haven't seen since it came on HBO when I was in 6th grade.
10. Scream and Scream Again
A mod horror movie... with Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing and Vincent Price. Plus the psychedelic group the Amen Corner... giddyup!
