GIVEAWAY: Chandelier Tutu Skirt

I've been wanting to make this skirt for a long time. I've had the idea in my head since before I moved but I just haven't found a moment to try it out. I'm really excited with how it came out. Like the Cake Shop Skirts it's really hard to photograph and get across it's cuteness but I expect that like those skirts that once people have them they'll love them. I know my nieces wear theirs all the time (good for twirling you know) and the customers who have purchased the skirts have had an unusually high return rate for more. I love this bright chandelier fabric with the deep eggplant underskirt and tulle topping. The tulle forms a little ruffle where it attaches and I've done some zig zag detailing around the waist. This one is 9.5 inches which I think would be good for kiddos 1-4 years maybe older if you like the short skirt look or skirt and leggings look. The waist is 18" unstretched but I can easily adjust that if you want it smaller or larger. I'll add these to my shop in the next store update but if you want it before then just send me a note.
