I did one day of cardio and I'm down almost half a pound. Not the best but I have no more excuses. Last week's excuse was that I still had to catch up on non-halloween orders and finish the matador and bull costumes (which turned out awesome). Granted I was a piggy at the Halloween parties so I guess the weight status is okay but really it is amazing how my bad snacking is pretty much non-existent since my stress amount has let up tremendously. So I'm thinking things are looking good.
