When you unintentionally become a third wheel with a friend and their boyfriend/girlfriend. For Example: A friend will invite you to hang out with him/her but will not tell you that their boyfriend/girlfriend will also be joining you, so then you get there and you are a third wheel.

A mother who discreetly uses vodka as a “mother's little helper”
i.e. "OMG, Jennifer's mother is such a Vodka Mom. She baked us some cookies but burned them, so she took the whole smoking tray out of the oven and threw them against the wall. Then she screamed at us to 'get the hell out of my house!'"

Three kilograms of cocaine. A key is standard slang for a kilogram of drugs, most often cocaine. By stating "by the three," one is saying that they buy cocaine 3 kilograms at a time
