Thanks for all the tips and encouragement last week. So I was feeling REALLY good about this week. I got veggies in at everyday, my exercise was solid, I logged everything so I knew I was well within my goal of 1600 a day. But the other day I was down to 146 but then today I got on the scale and it said 148.0 and then a few minutes later (mind you without eating anything) 148.6 uggg (I'm logging the 148.0). I'm deciding to try to ignore the scale this week at least moodwise because I know I did good and I may even check the batteries of the scale/ go on it with some weights that I know how much they weight (I'm not sure if I've ever changed the batteries but I'd guess that if they were dying the screen would fad not say I weigh more but I'm annoyed at it)
