REEBONZ Spring Blogger Contest

Okay, so I came across this awesome blogger contest thing and decided to try it out (click in for larger view):

Briefly, all you have to do is to pick one bag from above, and style 1-3 different Spring looks to match the bag of your choice. 
So I've picked the following Marc Jacobs XL Single out of the 6 amazing bags:

To demonstrate the amazing versatility of this bag, I've pulled 3 Spring looks straight out of my closet (thankyou Regina & Rachel for shooting me!).

1st Look - Casual Everyday Spring Look:

Top: Vintage sheer shirt + 'G2000' Cammi (layered within)
Harem Pants: 'Topshop'
Accessories: 'Sportsgirl' aviator sunglass, vintage necklace, 'Live' wrist bangle, 'Forever 21' ring (right hand), 'Lovisa' ring (left hand)
High heeled clogs: 'ShuBar'

The 1st look is more of a casual/shopping/day-time look. I chose really light soft petal colours because these colours are in sync with Spring season, and it also matches the cream pink Marc Jacobs XL Single really well. The complete outfit with the final touch of the bag enhances the femininity, confidence, and sophistication within a woman. ;)
 
2nd Look - Rocker Chic Look:

Head band: 'Chameleon'
Top: 'Cotton On'
Tights: 'Forever 21'

Wrist bangles: (from top) 'Live', vintage magnetic wrist cuff from Bangkok
Rings: (right hand thumb) 'Padini Concept Store', (left hand from thumb) vintage, 'Lovisa', vintage

Wedge: 'Vincci'

The 2nd look is more of a strong/rebellious look. I've decided to take a risk and pulled in this look for Spring to go with the bag, as this would enhance the bag's versatility in both soft and strong looks. The soft, cream-pink coloured Marc Jacobs works well with the outfit as it helps tone the strong edginess look down to a perfect level. A strong/rebellious girl still shows a bit of a feminine and soft side of her just by picking up the lovely bag. ;)

3rd Look - Dinner/Party Look:

Cream white dress: 'TopShop'
Waist belt: vintage
Wrist bangle: 'Live'
High heeled clogs: 'Shubar'

The final look is a simple vintage-inspired lace dress that is perfect for either a Spring party, cocktail event, or night out. Matching the dress with the Marc Jacobs bag completes the icing on the cake by adding a hint of soft colour to a simple Spring dress. The cream white dress, the dark brown clogs, the jet black high waisted belt, and the cream-pink Marc Jacobs......no colours have mashed together this well, don't you agree? ;)
