This week has been annoying. I've felt hungry only a short time after eating, often. So I know I was at least 300 calories over for a chunk of days. I did up my exercise and this ALWAYS happens when I do that. Of course it's not proportional you know my hunger level for the extra calories level. but whatever.
In other news I did 2 pull ups in a row. And I did that 4 times. I feel like I'm definitely getting stronger and more fit. I kinda want to make it a goal to be strong enough that I can run away from bad guys jump up and grab something over head pull myself up all the way and escape. Do you think I've been watching too much Chuck?
