I don't know about you, but I get a peaceful easy feeling knowing Sam the Butcher (Allan Melvin) was the voice of Magilla Gorilla. I could care less that Tim Allen voiced Buzz Lightyear, but I'm often fascinated when I hear that someone familiar voiced a cartoon character from the 1960's or 1970's. Here's some other familiar names who provided voices to some of my favorite animated characters.
Sally Struthers (Gloria on "All in the Family") was the voice of Pebbles Flintstone on "The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show"
Radio DJ Casey Kasem was the voice of Shaggy on "Scooby-Doo" for 25 years
Scatman Crothers (Dick Hallorann in The Shining) was the voice of Hong Kong Phooey
Tim Matheson (Otter in Animal House) was the voice of Jace on the original "Space Ghost" and was Jonny on "Jonny Quest"

Cheryl Ladd ("Charlie's Angels) was Josie on a "Josie and the Pussycats" album
Don Adams (Maxwell Smart on "Get Smart") was the voice of Inspector Gadget and Tennessee Tuxedo
“Meanwhile, at the Hall of Justice!” was often declared on "Super Friends" by none other than Ted Knight (Ted Baxter on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show")
Harvey Korman (Blazing Saddles and "The Carol Burnette Show") was the voice of the Great Gazoo on "The Flintstones"
Perhaps most astonishing, the following animated characters were all voiced by the same voice actor, Don Messick: Bamm Bamm Rubble, Astro on "The Jetsons", Papa Smurf, Dr. Benton Quest on "Jonny Quest", Boo Boo Bear, and Scooby-Doo! When I think about it, I should've known this already - each of these voices do sound very much alike.
I'm sure I'm missing a bunch. The Grinch was voiced by Boris Karloff, Jim Backus was Mr. Magoo, and I never even mentioned Mel Blanc.... at any rate, if you've got an interesting one let me know.
